The nation’s largest Valentine’s Day Festival celebrates love in downtown Loveland on February 14 & 15. The festival will be held in the Foundry Plaza on 4th Street between Cleveland Ave. and Lincoln Ave. from 5:00 – 9:00 pm on Friday and 2:00 -9:00 pm on Saturday. The event is free to the public. …
