Veterans Stand Down Day

Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is hosting this event to benefit homeless veterans by providing a safe environment to renew their spirit, health and sense of well-being. Veterans are served a hot meal, have access to services such as: haircuts, dental care and health care screenings, bike repairs. And, receive assistance with VA eligibility claims and transportation.

This very help event is at Lincoln Park 822 8th St., Greeley, on Friday, April 3rd, 2015 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Items needed are: disposable razors, combs/brushes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, deodorant, shampoo, soap/body wash, wet wipes, sunscreen, feminine hygiene products, nonperishable food items and sunscreen.
