Broadway Songs, Singers and Fashion on August 21
A Tuesday Senior Connection show is August 21st at the Arvada Center at 6901 Wadsworth Blvd. Easy to find, the Arvada Center has plenty of free parking near the entrance.
Admission is free for this full day of entertainment, fashion show, activities and information. Guests can win door prizes by playing the roulette wheel.
Activities on stage occur on the hour beginning at 10 am – each act is fifteen minutes long. Seniors on Stage kicks off at 10 am with the Silver Circuit, a duo who performs Broadway songs from the 50’s and 60’s. A returning favorite, Vicki’s Boutique fashion show starts at 11 am; we are looking for senior ladies who would like to model. Former Ms Colorado Senior participants, Sugar and Spice, performs at noon.
Senior Connection is not just about entertainment, though. It will showcase an array of products and services that cater especially to the tastes and practical needs of today’s seniors. Our vendors are well informed professionals in the senior industry.
The show ends on a sweet note at 1:00 pm with the complimentary Sweets for Seniors dessert bar.
