Denver fitness instructor, Terecita (Ti) Blair has been selected as the national winner for the inaugural SilverSneakers® Instructor of the Year award for her commitment to motivating and improving the lives of members through fitness.
To recognize this accomplishment, on July 11, Blair was honored and given an award by SilverSneakers executives, with her fitness class members, family and friends in attendance. The event took place at Platt Park Recreation Center where Blair is an instructor.
After surviving a serious car accident, Blair began her road to recovery which included exercise and strength training through SilverSneakers.
