Greeley’s 2017 Arts Picnic is July 29 & 30

Greeley’s annual Arts Picnic celebrates 39 years of summertime fun Saturday, July 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Considered one of Northern Colorado’s best arts, crafts & music festivals, the Arts Picnic draws more than 20,000 people to Greeley’s historic Lincoln Park each year.

Over 150 artisans from all over the nation gather in Greeley to sell their hand-made wares ranging from pottery, paintings, and photography to glassware, gourmet food, and garden art! Well, known Colorado bands performing everything from rock, blues, and folk to big band, bluegrass, and honky-tonk entertain on two stages while balloon artists, magicians, circus troupes, and stilt-walkers stroll through the park throughout the weekend. Pint-size-Picassos and mini-Mozarts are busy with make-and-take art projects and hands-on musical activities that encourage creativity and excite the imagination in Creation Station. Add a food court with over a dozen booths full of delicious delights from around the world including BBQ, burritos, calzones and kabobs in addition to a beer garden conveniently located close to the Center Stage and you’ve got an event that has been rated one of the top arts, crafts, and music festivals in Northern Colorado. So mark your calendars for the 39th annual Arts Picnic July 29 and 30 in downtown Lincoln Park. You don’t want to miss this wonderful feast of fun for everyone!
