The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies (RNCR) provides skilled nursing, respite and comfort care, secured Alzheimer’s unit, physical, occupational & speech therapies, extensive wound care program, hospice and palliative services, and daily activities for their residents. RNCR is dedicated to providing professional and compassionate nursing care, while enhancing each resident’s quality of life.
Besides the beneficial physical, occupational, & speech therapies tailored for each patient, they offer a premier skilled nursing facility utilizing Anodyne Therapy. Monthly resident activity committee meetings allow resident input on all planned activities and outings. A balance of intellectual, creative, physical, spiritual, and social activities enrich the lives of each and every one of their residents.
RNCR’s staff of health care professionals is led by Tony Hanlon, a licensed administrator including a local physician who also serves as their medical director. Registered nurses, licensed nurses, and certified nursing assistants work together with other staff members to provide the appropriate level of care. Residents and families are encouraged to participate with the staff in the development of each resident’s individualized care plan.
RNCR is certified by Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance on a case by case basis. Tony Hanlon invites you to take a guided tour of their facility at 1020 Patton St., Fort Collins. Call 970-484-7981 for an appointment today!
