On August 25 the St. Vrain Community Hub at 515 Coffman Street, Longmont, opened to the public, Boulder County took a major step toward integrating health, housing and human services to make it easier for residents to get the help they need when and where they need it.
The Boulder County Housing and Human Services and Community Services departments, Boulder County Public Health, and Workforce Boulder County, along with Mental Health Partners, an independent healthcare nonprofit, now provide an integrated host of services at this single location.
The St. Vrain Community Hub enhances and connects access to services and is easy to navigate. The ‘Hub’ is also extremely energy efficient and utilizes sunlight for both internal lighting and electricity generation, reuse energy, and reduce water consumption.
A community open house will be offered in late September or early October to give a closer look at the services offered in the building.
