SAINT

Senior Alternatives in Transportation (SAINT) is a local non-profit agency providing personal transportation to people sixty and older, and people with disabilities that prevent them from driving. SAINT operates through the efforts of volunteers who donate their time and the use of their vehicles to help make a difference in the lives of those who cannot drive. SAINT volunteers have been helping their neighbors in Fort Collins and Loveland get to the doctor’s office, the grocery store, the Senior Center and where ever else they need to go since 1983. Because of the efforts of the SAINT volunteers, seniors and disabled people who are unable to drive, are able to live independently.

In 2014, volunteers in Fort Collins and Loveland provided more than 26,000 rides to their neighbors. Certainly an impressive accomplishment and, one to be proud of. For more information about SAINT, call 970-223-8604.
