During the June 30th unveiling of the Age Well Plan by Boulder County’s Area Agency on Aging, TRU Community Care (formerly Boulder County Hospice) kicks off their construction project at 2593 Park Lane, Lafayette. Upon completion in 2016, the building will house TRU’s PACE (program of all-inclusive care for the elderly) and TRU Hospice Grief Support Services.
The event included signing “the beam” that will become a permanext part of the new building.
TRU Community Care, founded as Boulder County Hospice in 1976, is a Colorado-licensed, Medicare and Medicaid-certified, nonprofit healthcare organization serving Boulder, Broomfield, Adams, Jefferson and Weld Counties and beyond. For over three decades, TRU has touched thousands of lives with our specialized end-of-life, supportive and bereavement services.
