The Northglenn Arts & Humanities Foundation (NAHF) is excited to announce the upcoming installation of seven new sculptures at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park as part of its 2025/26 Art on Parade program. This year marks the first time the committee has selected seven sculptures, a decision made after a tie during the selection process.
Works and artists chosen for the 2025/26 exhibit include: Kimiko by Gary Alsum (CO), The Eternal Fiesta by Maria Battista (CO), Let’s Play by Deveren Farley (UT), New Sprig by Diego Harris (CA), Cloud IX by Harold Linke (OR), Red Rover by Pati Stajcar (CO), and The Birth of Us by Daniel Sol Villanueva (CA).
The Art on Parade program is an annual outdoor sculpture exhibit funded by NAHF and the Adams County SCFD. Artists loan their works for one year, and park visitors can vote for their favorite starting June 2, 2025, via paper ballots at the Northglenn Recreation Center or online at http://northglennarts.org/public-art/art-on-parade/. Voting ends on November 7, 2025.
The sculpture with the most votes will be named “The People’s Choice” and purchased by NAHF for permanent display in Northglenn. Additionally, all sculptures are available for purchase by the public. The new sculptures will be on display at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park through May 2026. The park is located at 11701 Community Center Drive, half a mile south of 120th Avenue and Grant Street in Northglenn, just south of the Webster Lake Promenade.
The 2024 sculptures winners are on display at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park (11701 Community Center Drive) located across the street from the Northglenn Recreation Center and Parsons Theatre. They will be on view at the park until May 2025. The winners’ sculptures will be permanently installed in Northglenn.

With Wings Like Eagles comes from the belief of most Native American Tribes that the eagle and eagle feathers are sacred, carrying their prayers to the Creator combined with a passage from the ancient text of Isaiah which states, “Those who wait upon the Creator shall mount up with wings like eagles.” The sculpture includes an original poem mounted at the base of the sculpture.
