Denver Promotes Their Summer Music Series

The 2024 season continues each Sunday night from 6-8 p.m through early August. The free concerts are at the pavilion in City Park. Lots of great musical entertainment is scheduled through the summer months. On July 7th, JoFoKe & Same Cloth is a dynamic, genre-bending ensemble based in Denver, led by the creative force of JoFoKe, a talented Black woman vocalist and songwriter. Known for their innovative approach to music-making, JoFoKe & Same Cloth fuse various genres and musical traditions to craft deeply meaningful art that resonates with audiences.

Musician Nelson Rangell

On July 14th, Delta Sonics Blues Revue, was named the “best blues band in Denver” by Westword Magazine.

On July 21, the Denver Jazz Orchestra performs. They are considered Denver’s insanely talented and popular professional big band!

On July 28, Nelson Rangell performs with his saxophone. Jazziz magazine writes that Nelson Rangell is “an artist of depth, a master of song, and an improviser non pareil.”
Please remember the City Park rules in order to keep this a fun family event: no glass, no marijuana, no motorized vehicles, including motorcycles and scooters, are allowed in the pedestrian area, which is defined by gates.
