Federal Trade Commission – Get consumer tips and information, file a consumer complaint, list your number with the Do Not Call Registry and get your free credit report. Contact: ftc.gov or call 877-382-4357
Federal Communications Commission – Need information or want to file a complaint about issues involving your wireless, Internet or television provider(s)? The FCC is your go-to source: fcc.gov or 888-225-5322.
The Internet Crime Complaint Center – IC3 is partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and National White Collar Crime Center to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. Contact: ic3.gov.
Federal Bureau of Investigation – The FBI’s mission includes a consumer focus and the agency encourages consumers to report suspicious activities. Learn more at: fbi.gov/scams-safety.
Colorado Attorney General’s Office – StopFraudColorado.gov provides information on a wide variety of scams reported by consumers, businesses, local, state and federal agencies. Consumers can also file complaints.
Wyoming Attorney General’s Office – The Wyoming AG’s Office investigates complaints alleging a pattern or practice of unfair or deceptive acts or practices and its website provides numerous consumer resources. Contact: ag.wyo.gov/cpu or call 800-438-5799
