Gil Moon who hosts Senior Circle on KFKA, 1310 AM in Greeley presents One Man Show Dinner Theatre – Orson Welles, on Friday, February 20, 2015, University of Northern Colorado Central Campus, Upper Centennial Room in Brown Hall, 901 19th Street, Greeley, CO 80631. This dinner and show event promises to be an evening of pure enjoyment and entertaining to be sure.
Cost for dinner and show is $25. Doors open at 5 p.m. There will be a silent auction and cash bar available. This is a fundraiser for RSVP of Weld County. Please call 970-351-2588 for tickets. Orson Welles was born on May 6, 1915, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Orson Welles began his career as a stage actor before going on to radio, creating his unforgettable version of H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds. In film, he left his artistically indelible mark with such films as Citizen Kane and The Magnificent Ambersons. He died of a heart attack in Los Angeles, California, on October 10, 1985.
