The Greeley Active Adult Center in Greeley is hosting their annual Golden Gallery 50+ Art Show on Wednesday, September 20 from 4-6 p.m. Enjoy this exhibit supporting 50+ artists of Weld County. The event is free and open to the public through October 18. The exhibit location is being held at the LINC Library Innovation Center, 501 8th Avenue in Greeley.

This will be the fifth year of this extremely popular art show hosted by the Weld County Area Agency on Aging and the Greeley Active Adult Center in Greeley. The show features Weld County artists, both professional and amateur, ages 50 and over. Each piece on display was an original and comprised of drawings, mixed media, photographs, and paintings.
Visitors to the exhibit will vote for their favorite amateur and professional piece for the “People’s Choice Award” in two separate categories. The first category will be photography and the second category will be grouped into all paintings, drawings, and mixed media. Ribbons for amateur pieces will be awarded for first, second, and third place in each category. For professional pieces, only first place will be awarded a ribbon for each category.
