The City of Boulder’s Older Adult Services division received a $20,000 grant from Frasier, a Boulder retirement community. The funds will support health care needs of older adults with lower incomes and will also be used to fund various programs including technology education at the city’s Age Well Centers. This funding was granted by Seniors for Seniors, a taskforce comprised of Frasier residents who are committed to supporting unmet needs of seniors in Boulder County. These funds are part of the Frasier Community Resource Fund Endowment, which is part of Frasier’s social responsibility efforts.

At a ceremony for Seniors for Seniors award recipients, Older Adult Services Manager Eden Bailey stated, “We are extremely grateful for this grant. These funds help bridge the gap when older adults with a lower income have dental, medical, or hearing needs but are unable to afford the service and helps bridge the digital divide by supporting technology education.”
