Park Regency Loveland Donates to Fort Collins Rescue Mission

Park Regency Loveland, an assisted living community of Bethesda Senior Living, presented a check for $5,000 to the Ft. Collins Rescue Mission last month. The Rescue Mission is a safe haven helping the hungry and homeless in Larimer County. They serve 150 meals a day and shelter 85 men and women nightly. They also offer the opportunity for people in need to seek recovery and direction through their Steps to Success Program at the Mission.

Park Regency Loveland became aware of the needs of the Fort Collins Rescue Mission through their resident Betty Chavez, and her daughter Rev. Linda Houston of the Flame of Fire Ministries. Chavez’ grand-daughter, Stephanie Polzin serves the Rescue Mission as kitchen supervisor. The Mission plans to use the donation to replace the chairs in their chapel. Bethesda operates 19 non-profit communities in six states. Their mission is to serve seniors by enriching their physical, emotional, and spiritual health in a nurturing environment. Park Regency of Loveland and sister communities serve others and their communities by sharing God’s love through advocacy, respect, and virtuous business practices. Each of the Bethesda Assisted Living Communities gives a benevolent donation like this one to their respective communities each year.
