“Interim City Manager Jody Andrews has been an excellent transitional leader for the city, and I want to thank him for his service over the past ten months.” Interim City Manager Andrews will continue to lead the city until Mr. Freitag’s employment contract is approved by City Council, and he is sworn in as permanent city manager.
