The entire Front Range has seen several unrelenting days of high-digit temperatures, including the entire Denver metro. Staying hydrated and keeping cool is the key to staying well, but sometimes that alone isn’t enough. We would like to encourage residents to ensure you know the signs of potentially life-threatening heat-related illnesses and what to do if you’re experiencing symptoms. Together, we can BeatTheHeat!
