We’re excited to share with our friends and followers that Grace Pointe Senior Care Community has received Telligen’s Blue Ribbon in Covid-19 Vigilance Award and has been added to Telligen’s Colorado 2021 Blue Ribbon in Covid-19 Vigilance Recognition List! Nursing homes on the recognition list have met criteria developed around the safety of their staff and residents. This includes completing a covid-19 preparedness assessment and achieving a staff covid-19 vaccination rate of 85% or greater and a resident covid-19 vaccination rate of 95% or greater.
