Fiske’s Summer Schedule Has Begun

This is Fiske Planetarium’s first summer with the new digital system and we aim to offer more programs than we have ever offered before. There are matinees Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday & Sunday. We are also offering evening programs Thursday-Saturday.

In response to requests, we are duplicating our popular Thursday night program “Colorado Skies” and offering it every other Saturday night at 9pm.

We thank you for your feedback and hope that we can continue to modify what we do to fit the desires and interests of our attendees and supporters.

Fiske is premiering two new shows in July. The critically aclaimed kids show “Life of Trees” and the General Public show “Back to the Moon for Good”. We have special events for both of these premiers with guest speakers.

As a result of these new shows, there’s limited time to see our current set of programs before we retire and/or reduce the frequency of these shows. Get here to see them while you still have a chance!

Fiske Planetarium announces that in August of 2015, we will host the First Annual Fiske Fulldome Film Festival, Aug 6th-15th. See local and international fulldome productions made by amateurs and professionals alike. Most of the content is only shown at Fiske for this limited engagement.

A fulldome film festival, with open categories for amateurs and professional studios alike. Amateur fulldome production workshops, public viewings & voting. Fiske Planetarium and its 8K dome. August 6th-15th, with the final awards ceremony taking place on Saturday, August 15th.
