For over 145 years the Boulder County Fair has been a feature in the community. In order to actively preserve that tradition, embrace the future and celebrate all this county has to offer, the Fair is pleased to announce the Second Annual Farm to Table Dinner, August 4, at 6 pm. Our vibrant local food movement, thriving agriculture, award winning restaurants and farmers markets make this event a natural fit. The Farm to Table Dinner highlights the best of what is being raised and grown in our beautiful state. Chef Dale Lamb prepares the meal which features lamb, buffalo & trout, paired with seasonal vegetables and Colorado wines and spirits. The freshest ingredients delight the most discriminating palette. Tickets: $79, including a $10 donation to the fair, and is limited to 100 people.
