This summer, market shoppers and supporters voted Greeley’s Farmers’ Market the number one favorite market in Colorado through an online poll. America’s Farmers Market Celebration, an annual event put on by American Farmland Trust and the Farmers Market Coalition, highlights markets across the country. After this year’s nationwide popular vote, Greeley ranked: first in Colorado, seventh in the southwest region, and 65th nationwide!
“I could not be more proud of our Farmers Market for being voted the best Farmers Market in Colorado,” said City of Greeley Special Events Coordinator Andrea Haring. “We had so much fun with the voting. Our market family works extremely hard year-round to bring Greeley and the surrounding area fresh, delicious food that is grown and produced locally.”
