Are You A Hero?

by Dawn Mathis

Who can forget the pivotal moment in our history of 9/11/01? All the tragic events following that event were heart-rending.

Out of the devastation, however we also experienced human feats that were heroic – our communities and love of country galvanized despite those horrific attempts to crush our American Spirit.

Out of that same devastation, a group of Real Estate professionals in Minnesota wanted to express gratitude to those who served that day and to extend that gratitude to other workers who give such value to their communities – all across this great nation of ours.

The program membership has evolved across all 50 states to include Realtors – who give 25% of their gross commission as a rebate to the Hero, Lenders – who reduce their fees and ancillary service discounts, such as Home Inspectors, electricians, contractors, plumbers etc – who may be involved in a Real Estate Transaction. The savings can be hundreds – if not thousands – of dollars to a Hero. “Savings are for Heroes either Buying And/Or Selling a home.”

The Homes For Heroes Program recognizes the following occupations as Heroes:

Fire/Police men and women, Educators (teachers), U.S. Military and Veterans, and Medical Professionals… Active or Retired. Are you a Hero? For more information, visit www.HomesForHeroes.com , or call Dawn Mathis, 970-481-5263 or Sue Mireles, 970-490-2077.
