Elsa finishes her presentation and takes on the role of scholar and presenter. Elsa spoke about Amelia’s planning and other preparations made for her trip to circum navigate the globe. The trip only 2,000 miles away from completion ended in Amelia’s disappearance.
Questions were invited from the quite engaged audience. Elsa’s responses were based on extensive research and study she had done over the years. Her approving audience treated Elsa to a hearty round of applause. Many remained afterwards to talk more to Elsa about Amelia Earhart and some of their personal recollections about the famous pilot.
