Longmont Hearing & Tinnitus Center has a special request. We are asking children to draw, color or paint a piece of artwork to be given to a senior patient who may be feeling a little lonely during this stay-at-home order. Many elderly persons live alone and have very little outside contact and may be feeling especially isolated during this difficult time.
After your child has completed their masterpiece, please mail it to our office (address listed below). We will in turn mail it to one of our older patients. Feel free to have your child write (or you may want to help scribe for them) a little note or message as well. Be sure they sign it, just like every artist should!
All materials will be handled with gloves and sprayed with Lysol before sending in order to protect our community and staff.
We are so grateful for all of you and your willingness to help. Please share with any friends or family who have young children and who would like to participate in the sharing and receiving of some love at this time!
Physical distancing does not have to be socially isolating!
