Friendly Fork still serving!

Governor Jared Polis issued a StayAt-Home order for Colorado. Thankfully Weld County Senior Nutrition Program meals are considered an essential service and still provides a take-out/drive through service. There are 13 participating meal sites as well as the 2 temporary meal sites. Our senior housing facilities are currently closed to the public. Please pass on the information. A big thank-you to the sites who are still able to provide for our must vulnerable at this time. Stay healthy.

As of March 20th, the sites that are currently providing this service are: Birchwood Apartments, Broadview Apartments, Erie Recreation Center, Evans Community Center, Fort Lupton Recreation Center, Greeley Manor Apartments, Greeley Senior Housing, Hill N Park Senior Center, Kersey Senior Center, Mead Senior Center, Nunn Senior Center, Platteville Senior Center, Windsor Recreation Center.

Due to the multiple site closures, the Area Agency on Aging will be opening 2 temporary locations starting Monday, March 23. Monday/Wednesday/Friday: North County: Weld County Training Center (1104 H Street, Greeley) at 11:30 am Tuesday/ Thursday: South County: Southwest Weld Complex (4208 WCR 24 ½, Firestone) at 11:30 am.
