It’s going to be an interesting season with the Nuggets falling short of their goal last season due to a lack of playoff experience. They had a great run and they are looking ahead to this season!
There are additions that can add that extra combination of running their opponents to that out of breath feeling and the Nuggets keep coming no matter who is on the floor. Third quarters were our enemy last season, but one addition is special, Jeremi Grant, a traveled young player that is becoming a mature NBA player.
He comes from a basketball family of great players, the Grant twins father Harvey and uncle Horace. He has that extra eye to be able to rebound and score, and also is a good defensive player. That is going to be key for the Nuggets this year. He is now on a team of veteran professionals who are on the road to the mountain top, saw what is needed for that final push and Jeremi is one of the pieces who can help them reach the brass ring.
Another key are two veterans who are team leaders and are their combo guards Murray and Harris. They had a good summer getting stronger and smarter knowing what they could have done last season. They needed the loss to give them the sight that they can do it and they can become one of the top duos in the league this season. Let’s Go Nuggets!
