At this free event for family caregivers (and the general public) presenters and local organizations come together to share lots of information, knowledge, and wisdom. It brings a unique opportunity to learn about resources and gain valuable education on many aspects of caregiving. Featured are a resource fair of service providers, complimentary snacks, multiple workshops on such topics as self-care, dementia, technology, legal issues, mindfulness, end of life issues, and more.
The Symposium, brought to you by Boulder County Area Agency on Aging, along with Premier Partners Boulder Medical Center, Hover Community, and TRU Pace Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m., at the Jewish Community Center, 6007 Oreg Avenue, Boulder.
