You may be familiar with Via’s signature paratransit service, but did you know that Via is a one-stop shop for all of your transportation needs?
• Via Paratransit. This wheelchair accessible, door-through-door transportation operates in all of Boulder County, Erie, Estes Park, Brighton and the 1-70 Corridor. Service is available within communities and between communities. Days and hours of operation vary widely by community.
One-Way Trip Cost: $4.50 within most communities, $3 within rural communities, $9 between communities.
• Friends & Family. Via riders are reimbursed for the mileage expenses of family members, friends or neighbors who provide a qualifying trip when Via cannot.
Reimbursement Restrictions: $0.50 per mile, $12.50 max per trip, Max $100 per month.
All requests must be made in advance, and you must be a registered rider.

• Travel Training. With patience and practice, an individual can safely, confidently and independently use accessible public transportation (RTD) to expand travel options. Anyone living within the RTD service area is eligible.
Travel Training Includes: Inhome visit with travel trainer, determining travel goals, individualized
travel training plan, identifying landmarks, first-hand experience using public transit. To register call 303-447-2848 ext.1048.
• Group Trips. Group trips are available in our service areas at an hourly rate. Vehicles can accommodate 8–21 passengers. Trip cost: $75 per hour, weekdays, $85 per hour, nights and weekends. A $100 deposit is required to schedule a trip. Cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Trips minimum: four hours.
